Hersch Lauren LLC is a professional real estate investment and property management company specializing in affordable, low-income housing throughout the Baltimore, MD region. We've been connecting with our area families with low-income housing for over two decades.


We not only manage a large portfolio of our own properties, we use our experience and expertise to manage the properties of third party investors. We maximize the return on investments while minimizing the hassles of being a landlord.

VICKY QUESINBERRY

I have been employed with Hersch Lauren since April of 2002. I have had the opportunity to excel in many areas of the residential property management field, earning an A rating certification in the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program. My passion has always been accounting. In positions I’ve held from college and beyond, I’ve found it to be a rewarding career. Being able to do what I most enjoy while using my experience to help our tenants makes my job even more enjoyable.
